Where can I get the information of my Payment status?

You can view the status of every transaction you set up on your Wallex account in your transaction history. Occasionally, transfers may be delayed due to errors in the recipient’s details. In such cases, some banks can still process the transfer, though it might take longer to match it with the correct account. In other situations, the bank may return the money to us, and we’ll ask you to resend it.



If your transfer is taking longer than anticipated, please verify the recipient’s details. You can also contact your dedicated Account Manager or reach out to us via chatbot for assistance.
