1. What is Syfe Earn Solution and how does it work?
   Syfe Earn is a flexible cash management solution that allows businesses to earn up to 2.5% p.a. on their idle SGD or USD funds, without any lock-in periods. It enables you to grow your cash while always maintaining full access to your funds, providing a secure and efficient way to maximise returns on idle capital.   
2. How can I sign up for SyfeEarn Solution?
   Getting started with Syfe Earn is easy! First, sign up for a Wallex multi-currency account and complete the onboarding process. Once your account is approved, head to the Syfe Earn section on your dashboard. There, you’ll go through a quick additional application process to activate Syfe Earn. Once that’s done, you can start earning returns on your idle cash right away, all from the convenience of the platform!    
3. Is there a minimum lock-in period for Syfe Earn Solution?
   No,  Syfe Earn provides full flexibility with no lock-in period. You can withdraw your funds at any time without penalties. However, please be aware that there are cut-off times for processing deposit and withdrawal instructions, which may affect fund movement. Typically, your funds will be reflected in your account within 1 business day (T+1). 
4. How safe is Syfe Earn Solution?
   Syfe Earn is powered by Syfe Cash+ Flexi. Syfe is a trusted financial platform licensed financial platform with a low-risk cash management strategy. Your funds are placed in safe, stable financial instruments to ensure security while still earning competitive returns.  Syfe Pte. Ltd. is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore under Capital Market Service (CMS) license number: CMS100837.    
5. Can I track my earnings and withdrawals?
   Absolutely! You can easily monitor your returns and manage withdrawals directly from your Wallex dashboard. The dashboard displays your total returns and a transaction history showing all deposits and withdrawals related to Syfe Earn. For detailed insights, you’ll receive a comprehensive monthly statement. 

1. Are there any fees associated with using Syfe Earn?  
   Syfe Earn is free to use, meaning there are no additional charges to apply or activate the service. However, management fees are applied to the gross returns earned. For more details about the fees, feel free to reach out to our team  . 

• For SGD Accounts 
  Your funds are safely invested in high-quality, short-term money market instruments. These include commercial and quasi-government bills, as well as deposits with reputable financial institutions, ensuring both security and stability. 
• For USD Accounts
  Your USD balance is allocated to USD-denominated, short-term deposits and high-quality money market instruments. These are issued by governments, financial institutions, and international organisations, providing a reliable and secure investment option for your funds. 

1. How do I receive my Syfe Earn returns?
   Your returns are automatically accrued daily. To redeem your funds, simply use the "Withdraw" feature to transfer them back to your Wallex multi-currency wallet.
