If your transfer is canceled or the recipient bank returns the money, we’ll automatically refund it to the bank account you used for payment. If you used your Wallex balance, the refund would go back to that balance.
Sometimes, we may need your refund account details and proof of your transfer to process the refund.
For certain currencies, Wallex may not have access to the bank account details you used. In such cases, we’ll ask for your bank account information, which is safe and secure to provide. Without this information, we cannot process the refund.
The time it takes for the refund to reach your account varies based on factors like the payment method, the currency used, and your bank’s processing time. Typically, bank transfers take 2-3 working days to appear in your account.
