I'm expecting money, but it hasn't arrived yet
If your sender says they have sent the money, there are two possible reasons why.- The originate bank is still processing the money. Your sender might be sending via cheque deposit, and the funds may take time to credited to Wallex account we recommend you ask a transfer receipt.
- Funding to Wallex OCBC-USD account will require backend manual sighting which happens at 2pm and 5.30pm on business days.
