What should I do if I can’t log in or access my Wallex account?
If you're unable to log in, try the following steps:
- Restart your browser and attempt to log in again at account.wallex.asia.
- If the issue persists, clear your browser’s cache and try logging in once more.
- If you still can't access your account, click on the "Forgot Password" link at accounts.wallex.asia/forgot-password to reset your password.
