What documents do I need to prepare for onboarding in Malaysia?

As a Malaysia incorporated entity, here are the key documents you'll need:    

1. Identification Documents of Business Owner, Directors, Shareholders, Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO), Authorized Person 
   
   1. For Malaysians: Malaysian Identity Card (NRIC) 
   2. For non-Malaysians:  
      1. Passport (photo page) 
      2. Valid Malaysian Visa/ Work Permit or Permanent Residents Card (MyPR)
2. Certificate of Incorporation by Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM). 
3. Form 24 or Section 51/78 – Allotment of Shares 
4. Form 49 or Section 58 - Return Giving Particulars in Register of Director, Managers & Secretaries, and Changes of Particulars 
5. Memorandum & Article Association or Section 14 – Application for company registration 
6. Letter of Authorization 

The documents needed and requested will also depend on where your business is incorporated, and which is the relevant to MDAQ Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. account opening. A Corporate Profile of the company as well as the identifying documents of the shareholders is usually the starting point.
