Can I recall a payment if I need to cancel it?

Whether a payment can be recalled depends on various factors such as the transaction details, currency, and beneficiary countries.
 
Please note the following important points:
- The recall process requires specific procedures and may incur fees from our banking partners.
- There is no fixed timing for the bank to respond.
- The recall is on a best-effort basis and cannot be guaranteed. The bank may process the payment or the recall, depending on which occurs first.
- No supporting documents or tracking are available for the recall process.
- Updates on the recall status can only be provided after 5 business days.
