      Why is my DBS unnamed Virtual Account (VAC) being discontinued?

      DBS will be discontinuing support for unnamed virtual accounts (VAC) from February 2026. This change is part of a broader regulatory and operational update to improve transparency and traceability in financial transactions.

      To ensure uninterrupted collection services, we are migrating clients to named Virtual Accounts under their registered business names.
