      What will happen to my existing unnamed VAC?

      Your unnamed DBS Virtual Account will remain operational until 28 February 2026, after which all collection activity will stop.

      From 2 February 2026, the account will enter a final discontinuation phase. During this period, transaction processing times will slow down and final reminders will be issued to complete your migration.

      DBS will implement a full discontinuation of all unnamed VACs on 28 February 2026. Any incoming payments sent to an unnamed VAC post this date will be rejected by the bank.

      We strongly encourage you to migrate to a named Virtual Account (VAA) before this date to avoid disruptions.
