My beneficiary has not received the funds? I'm using SWIFT channel via Wallex
Please share the MT103 with your beneficiary for them to check with their bank for the funds. We will also ask our team to release the GPI tracker to locate the funds. Additionally, you can advise your beneficiary to watch for funds from either "M-DAQ Payment Solution Pte Ltd" or "Wallex Technologies." Funds should be received within a maximum of four business days, but please note that some beneficiaries may experience delays due to certain circumstances, such as a different sender name.
