2. Do I need to request a new virtual account for every new sender?
No. One virtual account per currency is sufficient and supports multiple senders. Our system automatically captures sender details for you.
3. What sender information is automatically captured?
We collect the following information to help you reconcile easily:

4. Which payment methods are supported for these collections?

IDR: BI FAST, SKN, RTGS (local channels), and SWIFT

MYR: DuitNow, IBG, RENTAS (local channels), and SWIFT

SGD: Local bank transfer, SWIFT, and PayNow

VND & PHP: Local bank transfer and SWIFT
5. Can I convert the funds into my preferred currency?
Yes. You can convert collected funds in real-time based on your conversion settings.
