      What if I use both an unnamed (VAC) and a named (VAA) Virtual Account?

      If you have both, only your unnamed DBS VAC will be deactivated.

      Your named Virtual Account (VAA) remains active and can continue receiving collections as usual.

      Please ensure your clients are informed not to send payments to your previous unnamed account.
