      What happens if funds are sent to my old unnamed VA after closure?

      Payments sent to a deactivated DBS unnamed Virtual Account after 28 February 2026 will be rejected by the receiving bank.

      Please ensure all payers and counterparties are notified of your new account details well before the closure date.
