      What communications can I expect?

      You will receive several notifications over the coming months:

      Migration Notice (from Nov 2025): Instructions for applying for or activating your named Virtual Account.

      Service Stop Notice (Feb 2026): Final reminder of the full discontinuation of DBS VACs.

      We recommend completing your migration as early as possible to avoid disruption.
