      Troubleshooting the Authenticator App (TOTP)


      Why were my login and transaction Authenticator settings turned off automatically? 

      If the Authenticator App is disabled, all related Authenticator features will automatically turn OFF. 

       

      Why can't I enable Login or Transaction Authenticator? 

      The Primary Authenticator App must be enabled first. Login or Transaction toggles are not allowed while Primary is OFF.

       

      I lost access to my Authenticator App. What should I do? 

      You will need to complete a recovery process using: 

      • SMS verification 
      • Email verification

       

      Note: The Authenticator App will go live in Malaysia on 18 December and will be subsequently rolled out progressively to other countries in phases.
