As of August 21, 2024, EasyPay Sdn Bhd has been acquired by M-DAQ Global and is now known as MDAQ Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. You will be migrated to Wallex, M-DAQ's cross border payments solution, for all your cross-border needs moving forward.
To get started, please visit Wallex Malaysia website to log in, sign up, and transact. You also need to reset your login credentials on the Reset Password link as the Authenticator app will no longer be in use. Once logged in, you can add your beneficiary's information before making any payment with Wallex account. Also, be sure to note our updated bank details when setting up a transaction.

Absolutely! Wallex, as part of M-DAQ Global, operates under Business Registration Number 201601036159 (1207100-T) and holds a Money Services License for Remittance Business (Class B) 00569. We take the safety of your funds very seriously—all customer funds are held in a segregated account, separate from our other operational accounts. We operate under a strict compliance framework to ensure the safety and security of your money. We are also licensed and regulated in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Indonesia. - Will there be any downtime during the transition to the Wallex platform?
You shouldn't experience any downtime during the transition. On the transition date (to be announced), the EasyPay login URL will seamlessly redirect to the Wallex platform, where you can reset your password and continue your transactions as usual. After 2 December 2024, all access must be done on the Wallex platform. - Is the Wallex Platform easy to use?
Yes, the Wallex platform is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly! For step-by-step guides on resetting your password, adding beneficiaries, making payments, downloading MT103 documents, and more, please visit explore our help page. - Where can I find the records of my previous transactions on EasyPay?
Kindly reach out to your Account Manager or contact us at wallexsupport.my@m-daq.com to access your past transactions on the Easy Pay Transfers platform. - What methods are available to fund my payment?
You have several options to fund your payments:
- Bank transfer to M-DAQ Malaysia’s RHB account
- IBG transfers
- Cheques
- DuitNow QR (coming soon)
