Foreign Entities
Foreign entities not based in Hong Kong may be managed by Wallex Technologies International Limited (Hong Kong-based).
During the onboarding process. foreign entities will be required to submit the same documents as listed above for Hong Kong-incorporated entities.
The requirements for incorporation documents, however, are slightly different. We will need records from an Independent Company Registry detailing Corporate Profile, or the Memorandum and Articles of Association together with the Register of Directors or Certificate of Incumbency. These documents would require CTC.
